I make Cheese & Deli Knives & Forks with stainless steel blades, in a choice of styles. Handles are made from your choice of wood with a food safe wax or oil finish. Please note that the knives are very sharp!

Wood & finish choices are listed on the drop down menus on each listing. A food safe wax or oil finish is recommended, but you can select a natural sanded finish if preferred.
